Learn artistic techniques and practices , such as: color theory, watercolor techniques, dry pastel, charcoal, among others, and personal development.
You can count on guided painting, active imagination, creative writing.
In this method I combine: my experience as an Artist, Transpersonal Art Psychotherapist and Anthroposophical Art Therapy.
