How I built myself

I experienced personal challenges, like the vast majority, and dealing with difficulties from an early age forced me to mature quickly.
With a family history marked by mental health issues, I sought balance and understanding through creative expression.
By building my own family, I discovered the true essence of life and my passion for holistic education, which culminated in the founding of a Waldorf School in the Algarve.
About Me — Vera Balsemão
Expanding our gifts is an act of freedom.
It's not about adopting a spiritual lifestyle, but about remembering that we came to be whole.

Essence

I've always believed that we are spirits on Earth, here to experience and evolve. This spiritual understanding has always been an unshakable truth for me.
From an early age, I developed a keen intuition. As a teenager, I was drawn to the occult and spirituality, exploring tools that allowed me to enter a world that, in some ways, was already familiar to me.
As an adult, I began searching for answers and integrating this search into studies, philosophies and occult sciences, ancestral experiences and experiences of deep connection with nature and the arts.
Today, with great clarity, I share this knowledge, guiding others in their processes of self-knowledge and transformation.

"I feel that my greatest spiritual pillars are transforming pain into poetry and creativity into healing."

This path through holistic education opened the doors to a deeper study of art as a therapeutic tool, leading me to train as an Artist, Anthroposophical Art Therapist, and later as a Transpersonal Art Psychotherapist in Australia.
"These experiences shaped my current practice, where I integrate the arts and spirituality as tools for self-accompaniment and personal growth."

Who I Am Today
Today, I dedicate myself to helping others reconnect with themselves, accompanying them through life-changing phases, transforming their pain into sources of strength and inspiration.
I support caregivers, leaders, and people who find themselves in a prominent position or in service, and who also need their own safe haven.
Through the arts, nature, and spiritual openness, I support those seeking balance, clarity, inspiration, and a greater sense of purpose.
