Based on years of experience and a deep understanding of the transformative power of the arts, I created my Method. It is an innovative impulse towards self-knowledge and personal growth that can mark the beginning of your transformation.

 

This method is more than therapy; It is an invitation to take the first steps towards expanding oneself, which may include expanded self-knowledge connecting with the essence, greater autonomy in emotional and mental health, a journey inspired by the complexity and beauty of the natural cycles of life.

MY PRINCIPLES

•Valuing Individuality: Each client is valued as a unique and complex being, beyond the emotional challenges or situations they are facing.

 

• Health and Well-Being as Individual Concepts: I understand that mental and emotional health are relative and individual terms. My goal is to help each person find their own balance, recognizing that difficulties can be part of a necessary process of growth.

 

• Facilitation, Not Healing: In my sessions, I offer art therapy tools and techniques so that clients can move towards their own healing and self-knowledge processes.

 

• Holistic Approach: I see each client as a multidimensional being. Any issue brought to therapy is considered across different aspects of the person's life, seeking a holistic understanding and approach.

 

• Multidisciplinary Work: I believe in the importance of multidisciplinary work and, when appropriate, I can recommend that the client seek complementary support from other professionals, such as psychologists, doctors or occupational therapists.

 

• Recognition of Professional Limits: I am open to the fact that I may not always be the best help available and, in these cases, I will refer the client to other qualified professionals.

• Commitment to Personal Development: I am committed to my own balance and mental health, to be a source of inspiration and effective support for my clients.

• Always Positive Intent: My actions and advice may be wrong, but they are always motivated by a genuine desire to help and support each person in the best way possible.

 

• Dedication and Trust: I dedicate myself completely to each client and ask in return for full trust in the therapeutic process, so that the results are as effective as possible.

 

• Justice and Financial Accessibility: The economic aspect is secondary to the objective of seeking balance for the client. Prices are established as a fair exchange between what I offer and the value received by the customer.
