Since childhood, I have always believed that we are spirits on Earth, here to experience, evolve, and grow. This spiritual understanding has always been an unshakable truth for me, even though in my family, this topic was rarely discussed in general.

From an early age, I developed a keen intuition. In adolescence, I was drawn to the occult and spirituality, exploring divinatory tools that allowed me to enter a world that, in some way, already felt familiar.

However, as I transitioned into adulthood, fear and uncertainty led me to hide these spiritual gifts, keeping them secret. Yet, my connection to the spiritual world never disappeared.

Today, with much clarity and acceptance, I fully embrace these abilities and use them to guide others on their paths of self-discovery and transformation.

This path through holistic education opened the doors to a deeper study of therapeutic art, leading me to train as an Anthroposophic Art Therapist and, later, as an Graduated Art Psychotherapist and Ecopsychotherapist in Australia.

These experiences have shaped my current practice, where I have integrated art and spirituality as tools for healing.

Over the years, I have developed my own methods, offering personal transformation through the powerful combination of art and the spiritual realm.

Today, I am dedicated to helping others reconnect with themselves, guiding them through the processing of their pain and transforming their life experiences into sources of strength and inspiration. Through art, nature, and a deep understanding of spiritual healing, I support those seeking balance, clarity, and a deeper connection with their true essence.

My life’s work lies in helping others awaken their own creative power and spiritual potential. Through personalized methods of art therapy and spiritual guidance, my goal is to bring healing, clarity, and a greater sense of purpose to those who seek my support.

Vera's words, tone, and music encourage a sense of playfulness and trust. Easy to be myself and to listen to others. A multi-sensory celebration.

The art therapy workshops were a pleasant challenge and a discovery and opportunity for self-knowledge that still continues.

The personal challenges I faced — growing up in a loving but complex family environment and dealing with difficulties from an early age — forced me to mature quickly.

With a family history marked by mental health issues, I sought balance and understanding through creative expression.

When I started my own family, I discovered the true essence of life and my passion for holistic education, which led to the founding of a Waldorf School in the Algarve.
